Nexa Labs Raises $40M Series B to Scale Its AI Inference Platform for Enterprises

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Nexa Labs, Inc., a developer of high-throughput AI inference infrastructure, today announced it has closed a $40 million Series B financing round led by Meridian Ventures, with participation from existing investors Northlight Capital and Foundry Partners.

The company’s platform lets enterprises deploy large language models at production scale while cutting inference costs by up to 60 percent. Since its Series A in early 2025, Nexa Labs says annual recurring revenue has grown more than fourfold, with customers across financial services, healthcare, and logistics.

“Enterprises no longer ask whether to adopt AI — they ask how to run it affordably and reliably at scale,” said Priya Menon, co-founder and chief executive officer of Nexa Labs. “This investment lets us bring predictable, low-latency inference to every team that has been priced out of production AI.”

The new capital will fund expansion into European and Asia-Pacific markets and roughly double the engineering organization by 2027. Nexa Labs also plans to release a self-serve tier for smaller development teams later this year.

“Nexa Labs has built something rare: infrastructure that is both technically deep and genuinely easy to adopt,” said David Ashford, general partner at Meridian Ventures, who will join the company’s board.

About Nexa Labs, Inc. — Founded in 2023, Nexa Labs builds inference infrastructure that helps enterprises run modern AI models efficiently and reliably. The company is headquartered in San Francisco. For more information, visit the company’s website.
